Directions to the Barns-Brinton House from the Barn Visitors' Center:  Right out of the parking lot onto Creek Rd. (Old Route 100). Turn right onto Route 1 heading South. At second traffic light turn left onto Pond’s Edge Drive. Take the first right (after a parking lot) and follow the road around the bend as if to return to Route 1. The Barns-Brinton House is located on the left just before you reach Route 1 again.

Directions to the John Chads House and Barn Visitors' Center:  Heading Route 1 North - Turn left onto N. Creek Rd. (Old Route 100). Hank's Place is on the left, and the Sunoco station is on the right. The Barn is located 1/2 mile on left.

 

Heading Route 1 South: Turn right onto N. Creek Rd (Old Route 100). Hank's Place is on the right, and the Sunoco is on the left. The Barn is located 1/2 mile on left.

 
© 2010 Chadds Ford Historical Society (CFHS) is a private, non-profit, community based, volunteer organization that has restored and maintains three pre-Revolutionary buildings which are open to the public as House Museums. Education programs for schoolchildren are conducted year-round by appointment. Events hosted by the Society include Chadds Ford Days, The Great Pumpkin Carve, and Candlelight Christmas. *NOTE: Please address all donations sent via wire transfer to the Executive Director or Office Manager.
