The Barns-Brinton House is available for public guided tours every Saturday during the summer.  You can also enjoy living history demonstrations on select Saturdays throughout the summer.

John Chads House

We offer free bread baking demonstrations using the beehive oven of the Chads House on select Saturdays begining May 26. The demonstrations are free, however donations are welcome. The house is not open for tours during the first Saturday of each month, which is reserved for Escape Brandywine events.

Chads Springhouse

The Chads Spinghouse is open for guided tours every Saturday 

Both houses are open year-round by appointment for adult and youth group tours. Guided group tours offer visitors a glimpse of life in the 18th century at both locations.
