Crafters - Artisans - Merchants
We would like to invite you to participate in our new Valley Jamboree. This fresh event is scheduled for Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th, rain or shine, on our property. The John Chads House and the Springhouse will be open too.
Please carefully read the following details and the attached materials.
Fill out and submit the one-page application form for the event. Please complete the sections which apply to you as a new or returning exhibitor. Below are important dates regarding the application process:
May 1st Deadline for participant’s application and payment
May 8th Final date when participant may withdraw voluntarily with full refund of fee
Note that space is limited and applications are processed and accepted on a first-come basis. New vendors must apply by April 15th to allow time for committee review and acceptance. CFHS reserves the right to reject any application and will return all materials and fees paid to the vendor within 30 days of notification to the vendor.
B) Valley Jamboree Hours:
Public hours are as follows:
Saturday (May 18) 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday (May 19) 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Live music, children’s activities, food and drink will be available on both days. You are expected to be open the entire time, and we will work with you to safely resupply your stand as necessary.
C) Set-Up Dates/Times:
To ensure a safe and efficient set-up process, the following time frames are available before the event opens to the public on Saturday at 11:00 am. Vehicles must be clear of the fair area by 10:30 am Saturday when vendor entrances will be closed. You will not be able to enter/exit the visitor and exhibition area by vehicle during the event. Vehicles are permitted on-site for tear down beginning at 5pm Sunday after the fair closes. We do have a third-party security firm onsite to safeguard your property on Friday and Saturday evening.
Friday (May 17): 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday (May 18): 7:00 am – 10:30 am
Please note any special requests on your Application Form. We will do our best to fulfill requests on a first-come basis. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to manage the entire space as safely and fairly as possible.
