Chadds Ford Days Juried Art Show, September 12 & 13, 2009 |
|
Dear
Fine Artists, The
Fair is the Society’s largest yearly fundraising event. Last year we
drew over 10,000 visitors. The proceeds from the Fair are used by the
Society to preserve and maintain our two historic house museums, the
John Chads' House (1725) and the Barns-Brinton House
(1714); and
the Barn, which houses our office, museum room and library. An
essential element of our mission as a non-profit organization is to
educate the public, especially children, in colonial lifestyles and
crafts.

September 11, and 8 – 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 12. If you
require more than a two-hour set-up time, you must begin on Friday. If
you know of any exceptionally fine artists who would like to
participate in the Art Show,
please ask them to apply to the Society. With
your help, the Art Show at Chadds Ford Days will be a great one. We look forward to hearing from
you and seeing you in September. Sincerely, Chadds
