Chadds Ford Days Fair, September 11 & 12, 2010

 

Dear Restaurateurs,

 

We want you!  to join us for our 44th Chadds Ford Days, “The Fair at the Ford!”

 For 2009 the Chadds Ford Historical Society has made some exciting additions to our popular 2-day Chadds Ford Days celebration that include more fun-filled activities for the kids and a top caliber Art Show.  Additionally, we are adding more music and entertainment while continuing the free admission that attracted so many people last year!  Featuring the terrific food of a variety of our local restaurants is a key component to making the fair more enjoyable for everyone. 

 Here’s your opportunity to get some great exposure for your restaurant and contribute to the success of this popular community tradition at the same time! 

 The Chadds Ford Historical Society will provide each food vendor with:

One 10’ x 10’ space (canopies are available for a fee)

Ice and electricity for the 2 day fair (September 11 & 12)

Inclusion in all advertising & press releases from this point forward

 In exchange the Chadds Ford Historical Society will get 25% of your restaurant’s gross receipts. 

 Please join us for this exciting growth of the fair, let our visitors experience your tasty menu and help the Historical Society to continue its work of saving and preserving the structures and stories of Chadds Ford.  Together we can make this event a great success!

© 2010 Chadds Ford Historical Society (CFHS) is a private, non-profit, community based, volunteer organization that has restored and maintains three pre-Revolutionary buildings which are open to the public as House Museums. Education programs for schoolchildren are conducted year-round by appointment. Events hosted by the Society include Chadds Ford Days, The Great Pumpkin Carve, and Candlelight Christmas, plus many activities.
