Come visit our "Colonial Faire" originally established to commemorate the anniversary of the Revolutionary War Battle of Brandywine, September 11, 1777. Read here about the early history of Chadds Ford Days.

Other Features: Antiques Show, Colonial craft demonstrations, Brandywine Valley Art Show, old-time music, good food, kids' rides and games, tours of the c. 1725 John Chads House, over 60 traditional craftspersons selling their wares and  contemporary crafters.

Kids’ Korner Activities: Pony rides in the meadow, moonbounce, and games.  Kids colonial portrait corner at the Springhouse.

Tours of the John Chads House - Free tours of the Chads House, located opposite the Barn Visitors Center on Route 100, run continuously from 11 to 6.
