Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Paint Out Chadds Ford Plein Air event!  We are very excited to host this special event on March 4, 2017.  Thank you to all of the artists that have applied to participate.

Important Dates to Remember

January 27, 2017              Deadline for jurying applications (Completed)

February 10, 2017            Applicants are notified via email of jury’s decision (Completed)

February 20, 2017            Registration fee for accepted artists is due

February 24, 2017            Waitlisted artists notified if a spot becomes available

You will be notified by email if you've been accepted to participate in this event.   After being accepted to participate, registration fees are due by February 20, 2017. Please pay your registration Fee of $60. (Members of MAPAPA participate at a special rate of $40.)   NOTE:   If you are not already a member you can join MAPAPA by clicking here

 

Please Note: Upon receipt of your registration fee you will receive detailed instructions for the event including schedule of activities. 

Payment Instructions for Accepted Artists:

 

You may submit your accepted artist registration payment using Paypal below.  Please select the appropriate artist fee ($60 participation fee; $40 for MAPAPA members).  You may also mail a check, payable to Chadds Ford Histiorical Society, to PO Box 27, Chadds Ford, PA 19317 - please note payment would need to arrive by February 20, 2017.
