Inventory filed November 28, 1791

I Elizabeth Chadds of the Township of Birmingham in the County of Chester and State of Pa. widow being advanced in age, but of usual mind and memory considering the uncertainty of my time here and being willing to dispose of my Temporal estate do make this my last will and testament in manner of form following hereby revoking and making void all wills by me heretofore made.

Imprimus It is my will that my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease by my ex. hereafter named.
Item I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Baldwin’s three daughters viz Catherine Bently, Sophia Bogart and Martha Johnson the sum of twenty pounds each.
Item I give to John Robert Baldwin, sons of Robert Baldwin deceased the sum of 10 pounds each and May Bently daughter of said Robert Baldwin the sum of 20 pounds.
Item I give to William and James Johnson, sons of Henry Johnson deceased, the sum of 10 pounds each.
Item I give the sum of 100 pounds to be equally divided to my sister Martha Stewart and her children that may be alive at my death.
Item I give to Job Harvey son of Kaziah Harvey the sum of 20 pounds.
Item I give to Phebe Broomer Susanna House and Martha House, daughters of my cousin Amos House, by his wife Sarah as follows. To Phebe my second best suit of Apparrell and the sum of 20 pounds. To Susanna my desk, Black walnut Chest and the sum of 20 pounds. To Martha my best bed furniture, my best suit of Apparrell case of Drawers, Tea Table, all my Tea Warr, and Table linnen with the sum of 20 pounds and in each case the said Martha should die before she arrives to the age of Eighteen years, the money with the other articles willed to here to be equally divided between her two sisters.
Item I give to Mary, John and Benjamin House children of said Amos House by his wife Martha as follows To Mary the sum of 10 pounds. To John my Clock with the sum of 10 pounds and to Benjamin the sum of 10 pounds and in case wither of said children should die before come of age, the legacies will’d to such to be equally divided between the survivors.
Item I give to Mary, wife of David Regnolds if living the sum of 50 pounds and if not the said sum to be equally divided between her two daughters Elizabeth and Lydia.
Item I give to my cousin John Parker, son of Abraham Parker deceased the sum of 35 pounds and to Kaziah Wickersham, daughter of said Abraham Parker the sum of 15 pounds.
