To wife Elizabeth, tract where I now live, joining land of Isaac Harvey, containing 40 acres; at her death to my cousin Joseph Davis and his heirs, also ₤30. To cousin Sarah Chalfant ₤35. To Hannah, wife of Joseph Davis 20 shillings. To cousin William Baily, for use of his children, ₤30. To cousin Elizabeth Pugh ₤20. To cousin Susanna Dougherty ₤10. To cousin Mordecai Cloud ₤30. To cousin John Neils ₤30. To cousin Betty, alias Elizabeth Painter ₤20. To cousin Mary Peterson ₤30. To cousin Joseph Pyle ₤5. To cousin Eleanor Robinson ₤20. To cousin Mary Leard ₤5. Philadelphia, October 12, 1761
ALL Persons indebted to the Estate of John Chads, late of the Township of Birmingham, Chester County, deceased, are hereby desired to make speedy Payment: And those who have any Demands against the said Estate, are desired to acquaint the Subscriber by Writing, or otherwise, that they may be adjusted.
JOSEPH DAVIS, Executor.

N.B. Said Davis has a Plantation to sell, in the East end of East Marlborough, Chester County, containing 152 Acres of good Land, with Improvements. The Title and Terms may be known, by applying to the Subscriber, in West Marlborough, and County aforesaid.

TO Be sold by Vendue, on the 10th Day of February next, at the House of Henry Hayes, of Birmingham Township, in the County of Chester, Innholder, a certain Piece of Land in said Township, containing about 14 Acres: whereon is a good Stone House, Kitchen, Orchard, and nine or ten Acres of Meadow; lying on the great Road leading from Brandywine to Chester, very convenient for a Store, or Tradesman: The Property of John Chads, late deceased; where Attendance will be given by JOSEPH

Philadelphia, January 29, 1761.
TO be sold, at public Vendue, on the 10th Day of March next, at the Dwelling house of Thomas Buffington, in West Marlborough Township, Two certain Tracts of land, lying contiguous to each other, situated in Marlborough aforesaid; the one of them containing, by Computation, 250 Acres of good Land, well accommodated with Wood and Water, and a large Quantity of Meadow already made; about One Hundred Acres of good Land cleared; a good House, and Frame Barn, &c. The other containing also, by Computation, Two Hundred Acres, nearly equally Circumstanced, with Conveniencies as above; being late the Property of John Chads, deceased. The Title is indisputable.

Likewise to be sold, on the 11th Day of the said Month (March) at the Dwelling house of John Baldwin, in Kennet Township, in the said County, one other certain Tract of land, situated in East Marlborough, in the said County, containing 152 Acres of good Land; about 100 Acres of Upland already cleared; some Meadow already made, and more to make; a good bearing Orchard, and Frame Barn. The Title also indisputable. Attendance, and reasonable Credit, will be given by
