Chadds Ford Historical Society's Roland Disney Library

 

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Other times by appointment.

Holdings: The Society has a modest library of books relating to the Brandywine Valley area.  Topics include genealogy, social and military history and antiques. The library also has a small section of clippings files and archival files of information relating to the Chadds Ford area.

© 2009 Chadds Ford Historical Society (CFHS) is a private, non-profit, community based, volunteer organization that has restored and maintains three pre-Revolutionary buildings which are open to the public as House Museums. Education programs for schoolchildren are conducted year-round by appointment. Events hosted by the Society include Chadds Ford Days, The Great Pumpkin Carve, and Candlelight Christmas, plus many activities.
