 Annual Chadds Ford Days Set for Saturday and Sunday, September 8 & 9, 2007

EVENT: Chadds Ford Days – a two day open air colonial fair

WHEN: Saturday, September 8 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday, September 9 – 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

WHERE: Chadds Ford, Pa – at 1736 Creek Road (Old Route 100), ¼ mile north of U.S. Route 1 in the meadow opposite the John Chads House.

OTHER FEATURES: colonial crafts demonstrations in the grove . . .art and artisans. . . over 65 traditional craftsperson’s selling their wares . . . native plants for sale . . .theatrical offerings . . . children’s rides and games . . . great fair food. . . live music . . . museum store offerings . . . bread baked in the beehive oven . . . tours of the John Chads house and more.

SPONSOR: The Chadds Ford Historical Society. Proceeds go toward educational programs, support for the Society, and maintenance of the John Chads and the Barns-Brinton House.
