There will be an Exhibit Opening Reception on April 5th from 6pm - 8pm. The reception and exhibit are free to the public.

Brass Ring Raffle
The Capps family from Brandywine Picnic Park were kind enough to donate a number of brass rings from the old Lenape Park Dentzel carousel to the Society. Most will go into the permanent collection while five will be raffled as a fundraiser to help pay for the 2019 exhibit. Raffle tickets costs $5 each and buy you one chance to win a ring. Names will be entered into the drawing as many times as tickets are purchased (if you purchase 2 tickets, your name will be entered into the drawing 2 times). There will be five winners.
Each ring will come with a letter indicating its source.
This is an online raffle that runs from March 1 until March 31, 2019. Winners will be selected randomly by pulling names from a 'hat' and listed on Facebook before the April 5th Exhibit Opening Reception. Winners can either pick up their ring at the reception or we can mail it. ID will be required if you pick up a winning ring in person.
This is a great chance to own a piece of history from our childhood. We hope everyone has fun with the raffle - thank you!
